I have Microsoft Office 2011 running on a Mac. Email: Junk Email Protection Options are Greyed Out.
Email: Courtesy Notice/MailTips of Mail Recipient Out of Office. The top four options will only be available if you've got a message selected in a folder, or if you have a message open and you click Message Junk Outlook for Mac. Accessing Junk Email Options You can access the Junk Email options by clicking Home Junk. To change these preferences in the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail Preferences, then click Junk Mail.
